Hi, my name is Ken Burrow, and caring for homes has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in the world of home services, working alongside my father before eventually launching my own company, Real Clean Carpet Care. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of serving hundreds of families and businesses in Fayetteville, Hope Mills, Fort Bragg, and the surrounding communities.

As I worked in homes day after day, I saw something important: while there were plenty of options for carpet cleaning, very few companies specialized in hard surfaces — things like countertops, showers, natural stone, tile, and hardwood or LVP floors. These are the areas that people see and use every day, yet they often go overlooked. That’s why I decided to branch out and create Real Clean Surfaces.

I bring both experience and certification to every job. I’m proud to be IICRC Certified as a Floor Care Technician and a Stone, Masonry, and Tile Technician. That means I’ve invested the time to learn the science behind cleaning and polishing these surfaces the right way — not just making them look better, but protecting them so they last longer.

Before I dedicated myself full-time to cleaning, I worked as an engineer. That background shaped the way I approach every project: with precision, problem-solving, and a passion for details. But at the end of the day, my true passion has always been in helping people love their homes again. There’s nothing better than seeing the look on someone’s face when their countertops shine like new, or when their tile and grout look freshly installed.
